Right To Cancel – Shipping & Returns Policy

Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item or service purchased on this website, for a full refund. Your cancellation rights expire 7 days from the date you contact Restorers Limited or after 7 days of receipt of the goods. The distance selling regulations further specify when your cancellation rights expire. Deemed delivery date will be 4 working days from date of posting. Cancellation is only deemed served on the company if sent using one of the methods listed below on this page.

In the unlikely event that the your package arrives damaged, you must sign for the goods as damaged. If you sign to say that they are received in good condition we must assume that they were in good condition when delivered or you have confirmed acceptance of the goods in this damaged condition and we will not be able to rectify any fault how so ever caused or make any payments of compensation. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by email info@leatherrepaircompany.com or telephone 01482 606864 or else a damage claim may not be possible. Depending upon the extent of the fault / damage, you may be sent a replacement you will be asked to return the goods in their original packaging (where possible) to our address (see Below or Contact Us Page ). In the event that you are asked to return the goods, you will be offered a refund or replacement, providing there is no evidence of misuse.

Returns Policy

Internet shoppers are covered by the distance selling regulations which we adhere to.
The items will remain the customers liability until receipt by the company, therefore we recommend you obtain postal insurance.

All returns should be confirmed to the company in writing within 7 days of delivery.
The consumer will be liable for any postage costs in relation to returning the items unless the items are faulty.

If you wish to return any of the goods you have purchased may do so within 7 days of the date of purchase. Products have to be returned to the address below and the buyer has to pay for the return of the products, via recorded delivery or a courier company.

Force Majeure

Restorers Limited shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods or services you have ordered, or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
